The fifth season of the “(Personal) St. Petersburg” award is underway, featuring a new nomination called “Second Wind” dedicated to historical places that have been redeveloped into modern spaces.
A list of nominees has been compiled in collaboration with architectural critic Maria Elkina, showcasing a variety of revitalized locations.
The nominees include:
- Spotpodmostom (skate park under the Kushelevsky overpass)
- Karpovka River Embankment
- Levashovsky Bread Factory
- Brusnitsyn Cultural Quarter
- Hideout Apart-Hotel
- Public space ATST
- Technopark St.Razin
- Cultural Space “Third Place”
- Library “Shkaf”
- Cluster “Vavilov Loft”
Residents and visitors are encouraged to vote for their favorite candidate on the project website.
Voting is simple:
- Visit the “(Personal) St. Petersburg” website.
- Authorize using Telegram, Yandex, or VK.
- Explore the descriptions of the nominations.
- Vote for your preferred candidate.
- Click the “Send” button.
- Repeat the process for other nominations.
The results will be announced on October 2nd in partnership with the Committee for Tourism Development of St. Petersburg. Winners will receive diplomas and recognition from the community and the city.
