A round table discussion focusing on the role of IT tools in business development, customer communication, and sales system sustainability is scheduled for June 30th at 4:00 PM. The event, organized by Fontanka.ru, will address the increasing need for businesses to adapt to change through technology, especially in light of recent shifts in the vendor landscape.

The discussion will center on identifying in-demand IT solutions, navigating the transition to domestic digital products, and establishing stable customer service across various channels. Experts will share insights on effective digital tools for boosting sales and retaining customers, as well as methods for evaluating the effectiveness of implemented IT solutions.

The round table will also explore how process automation can improve employee productivity and engagement. Participants will examine the challenges faced by IT teams and debate the merits of in-house IT departments versus outsourcing.
