St. Petersburg experienced widespread and dense fog on the evening of May 30th, significantly reducing visibility across the city.

Residents reported that the fog was particularly heavy in areas such as the Nevsky district, although it has begun to dissipate. The southern part of St. Petersburg was also heavily affected, with readers sending in photographs from Pushkin and Leninsky Prospekt, illustrating the extent of the haze.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations issued a warning advising that visibility could be reduced to 500 meters or less due to the fog.
