The cost of vacations at the Krasnodar Territory’s Black Sea and Azov Sea resorts in June 2025 has increased by 15-20% compared to last year, with the Azov Sea gaining popularity. Anapa is experiencing a decrease in tourist interest due to beach closures, while Sochi remains a leading destination.
Sochi is the most popular resort in the Krasnodar Territory, accounting for about 60% of tour sales in the region. It offers a variety of accommodations, from budget-friendly options to more expensive resorts. Gelendzhik follows with 19% of tour sales. Anapa has seen a decrease in sales, now holding 12% of the market, while Tuapse accounts for 6% and the Azov coast for 3%.
The Azov Sea resorts are seeing a significant increase in popularity, with sales growing three to four times compared to last year. Yeysk and Temryuk are in high demand. Despite this surge, the Azov coast’s infrastructure and limited room availability prevent it from fully replacing Anapa as a primary destination.
The average cost of accommodation in hotels starts from 2,500–3,000 rubles per person per day, including breakfast. All-inclusive hotels in Sochi can cost 15,000–20,000 rubles per person per day, while three meals a day average around 10,000 rubles. Gelendzhik’s prices are comparable to Sochi, while Tuapse offers more economical options starting from 2,000 rubles.
Guest houses offer a more affordable option, with prices varying by location. In Sochi, guest houses range from 10,000–20,000 rubles per week, while Gelendzhik ranges from 10,000–20,000 rubles per week. Anapa’s guest houses are experiencing record low prices due to low occupancy, starting from 6,000 rubles per week. The Azov Sea offers guest houses starting from 12,000 rubles per week.
A week’s vacation for a family with a child under 10 years old in June is estimated to cost around 80,000 rubles in a three-star hotel with meals included, excluding travel expenses.
