Young people in Yekaterinburg are facing fines after a video surfaced showing them riding on the window frames of a car. The incident occurred on Kosmonavtov Avenue and was filmed by concerned passers-by.

Additionally, a 1500 ruble fine will be issued for the passengers not wearing seat belts. The passengers themselves will also be fined 500 rubles each for their participation in the dangerous act.
