A nine-year-old girl from St. Petersburg is in intensive care with a ruptured liver after falling from a horizontal bar. The incident occurred on Pakhomovskaya Street in the Krasnogvardeisky district.

The girl fell from a two-meter horizontal bar onto another bar below. The impact resulted in a serious injury to her stomach, specifically a ruptured liver.
