Ten thousand participants gathered on Olimpiysky Prospekt to take part in Moscow’s “Colorful Race,” a vibrant 5-kilometer event where runners are showered with colorful dry paints. The race marked one of the most brilliant events of the summer and set a new participation record.

The entertainment marathon, which began in 2013, drew a massive crowd of sports enthusiasts and cheerful individuals early in the morning. Participants, many donning unique and creative costumes, ran the designated distance amidst a cloud of vibrant colors.

This year’s “Colorful Race” surpassed all previous records in terms of attendance.
