A Moscow court has ordered the recovery of a debt from actor Konstantin Khabensky for unpaid housing and communal services. The claimant in the case is the Capital Repair Fund for Apartment Buildings of Moscow.

The court’s decision, documented in the file index on the court’s website, came into force on March 18. The file specifies that the order concerns the recovery of payments for living space, utility bills, heating, and electricity.

The exact amount of the debt and the period during which the payments were not made remain undisclosed.

This is not the first instance of a public figure facing legal action for unpaid housing and communal services. Previously, similar debts were recovered from TV presenter Larisa Guzeeva and actor Igor Vernik.
