MUZ-TV 20th Anniversary Awards Ceremony Kicks Off in Moscow

Moscow’s Live Arena is hosting the 20th anniversary MUZ-TV awards ceremony on Saturday, June 7th, where awards will be presented across 13 categories. Newcomers and established figures in Russian show business are vying for recognition.

The award ceremony’s hosts include Lera Kudryavtseva, MIA BOYKA, Vladimir Marconi, and Yana Churikova. Marconi and Churikova made a memorable entrance, arriving in a convertible.

Among the early arrivals on the red carpet was Tatyana Kurtukova, known for her hit “Matushka.” She wore a patterned jacket with lantern sleeves and a light white skirt. Kurtukova is a nominee in the “Breakthrough of the Year” category.

Another nominee for “Breakthrough of the Year” is singer Bearwolf. When asked about her summer plans by co-host MIA BOYKA, Bearwolf, also known as Lera Bearwolf, stated her intention to combine work with relaxation and creativity.

The MUZ-TV awards feature a total of 13 categories, including “Legend,” “Breakthrough of the Year,” “Best Song,” “Best Video,” “Best Solo Concert,” “Best Collaboration,” “Best Dance Video,” “Best Male Artist,” “Best Group,” “Best on the Web,” “Best Cover Version,” “Best Album,” “Best Lyrical Video,” and “Best Female Artist.”

Prior to the red carpet event, organizers showcased the cases containing the winners’ plates, signaling the imminent announcement of the award recipients.
