Novosibirsk is seeking a contractor to install ramps and inclined platforms on Krasny Prospekt (Red Avenue) for over 9.5 million rubles. The information was posted on the government procurement website on June 6.

The project, commissioned by the MKU of Novosibirsk “Gormost,” is scheduled to have a contractor selected on June 17. The ramps are planned for installation on the first tier from the roadway on Krasny Prospekt, specifically near buildings No. 79, 81, 83, 85, 87, and 153.

Furthermore, the contractor will be responsible for equipping inclined platforms on the second tier near houses No. 81 and 83 on Krasny Prospekt. The selected contractor is required to ensure pedestrian safety and the continuous flow of movement along sidewalks in the work areas.

The project’s summary estimate includes landscaping in addition to the main construction. The warranty period is set at five years for metal and reinforced concrete structures, and one year for mechanisms and devices. The work under the contract must be completed by December 1, 2025. Earlier in June, work commenced in Novosibirsk to dismantle paving slabs along Krasny Prospekt and Ordzhonikidze Street.
