The area near the Serp i Molot transport hub is undergoing significant changes as part of an ongoing improvement project. These changes include road expansions, new transportation infrastructure, and pedestrian enhancements. The project aims to modernize the area, which currently presents a mix of historical architecture and outdated commercial structures.

Gzhelsky Lane will feature a new turning loop, and the sidewalk will be widened with a bus stop added. The area near the Rimskaya metro station’s fourth exit will be transformed, with the road expanding to two lanes and transitioning to three lanes at Sergiya Radonezhskogo Street. Car parking will be reorganized into designated pockets, reducing the number of spaces from 32 to 14.

Andronievsky passage will see the construction of extended platforms near the Andrei Rublev Museum to accommodate trams and buses. Trams No. 4, 32, and 43, along with buses No. 125 and No. 730, will service these platforms. Sidewalks will be widened, eliminating parking spaces. Additionally, the asphalt in Syezhinsky Lane will be replaced, and the speed limit will be reduced to 30 km/h.

Additional street improvements are planned for Zolototorozhsky Val Street, Sredny Zolototorozhsky Lane, and sections of Tamozhenny and Verkhny Zolototorozhsky Lanes, located near a residential complex and future business center. Shosse Entuziastov will also undergo improvements, focusing on the area near the Morinformsystem-Agat concern headquarters.

Sidewalks and roadways near the Morinformsystem-Agat concern will be repaired, and pavilions at the Prospekt Budennogo tram stops will be replaced. The pedestrian crossing will be relocated closer to the building entrance. The speed limit opposite the headquarters will be reduced to 20 km/h, and speed bumps will be installed.

MoszhilNIIproekt designed the project, and Construction Trust-12 won the 843 million ruble tender for the work near the Rimskaya and Ploshchad Ilyicha metro stations. PartnerStroy won the 20.7 million ruble tender for the area near the Morinformsystem-Agat concern on Shosse Entuziastov.
