The second phase of reconstruction on Gollandskaya (Dutch) Street in Yanino has commenced, with an anticipated completion date by the end of 2025, contingent upon consistent funding. Several developers are collaborating with the regional government on this project.
The investor pool for this infrastructure undertaking includes prominent companies such as Lenstroytrust, GC KVS, “Rassvetay,” PIK, CDS, and Aquilon Group.
The reconstruction involves creating a 1.1-kilometer, four-lane highway extending from Koltushskoe Highway to the Yasnaya Street intersection. This new segment will integrate with the current road system, enhancing connectivity in the area.
The project also encompasses the creation of wide, well-lit sidewalks and the installation of new bus stops to improve pedestrian infrastructure.
According to officials, negotiations with developers were challenging due to the project’s complexity and high cost, yet it is considered strategically vital for the region’s development.
The initial phase of repairs to Gollandskaya Street, designated as Ob’ezdnaya Street No. 5, was finished in December 2021, after the street was transferred to the Directorate for Integrated Territorial Development of the Leningrad Region for reconstruction in 2020.
