Tram traffic on Novosibirsk’s left bank experienced disruptions on the evening of June 6th due to a disabled vehicle blocking the tram tracks. The incident occurred on Sibiryakov-Gvardeytsev Street near the intersection with Severny Proezd.

While initial reports suggested a possible traffic accident involving a truck, the dispatcher of branch No. 4 “Levoberezhny Tram” clarified that a car had simply broken down and become stranded on the tram tracks.

The resulting obstruction has caused significant delays and difficulties for tram traffic in the area.

According to the 2GIS website, Sibiryakov-Gvardeytsev Street is experiencing minor congestion. Furthermore, ongoing repairs at the intersection with Nemirovich-Danchenko Street have reduced traffic flow to a single lane. At least three trams were observed at the location of the incident.
