Etalon Group reported a 39% increase in sales to 146 billion rubles and a 44% increase in revenue to 131 billion rubles for 2024. This significant growth is detailed in the company’s annual report released on May 30th.

In physical terms, sales also rose by 39%, reaching 699,000 square meters. The developer’s portfolio at the end of 2024 comprised 5.5 million square meters of real estate, with assets exceeding 300 billion rubles in market value.

A key driver of this expansion was the strengthened portfolio of regional projects, experiencing a revenue increase of 1.4 times. Etalon Group extended its operational footprint from eight to ten regions in 2024, further expanding into its 11th region, Khabarovsk Krai, in 2025.

Mikhail Buzuluksky, President of Etalon Group, emphasized the importance of regional expansion, stating, “Expanding regional presence is the engine of long-term sales growth, due to the retirement of old housing stock and unmet demand for real estate in the largest agglomerations outside of Moscow and St. Petersburg.” Currently, approximately 30% of the company’s sales originate from these regional markets.

Looking ahead, Etalon Group aims to broaden its regional presence to encompass 15 regions in the coming years.
