A boar was spotted on a residential property in the village of Lisy Nos, causing a stir among locals. The animal remained calm and unbothered, even when confronted by a barking dog.
The incident occurred on the morning of May 30th, when resident Yuri Kaban noticed the boar on his property. According to Yuri, the boar appeared to be “minding his own business” and did not react aggressively to the barking dog.
Local authorities, including police officers and game wardens, were alerted to the situation and arrived at the scene. The boar subsequently retreated to a nearby overgrown plot of land. As of yet, the animal has not been captured or relocated.
Yuri noted that while hedgehogs are common visitors to the area, this was the first time a boar had ventured onto his property. Boars are known to frequent the Lisy Nos area, with a previous incident involving an escaped boar named Hryuk occurring a month and a half ago.
