A 44-year-old woman has died following an accident involving a motorcycle on Iskra Avenue on June 5th. The incident occurred in the afternoon near house number 1.

The accident involved a 49-year-old motorcyclist riding a BMW and the woman, who was reportedly crossing the road against a red light. The motorcyclist stated that he was traveling at a low speed when the collision occurred, causing the woman to hit her head upon falling.

Eyewitness accounts shared on social media indicate that the motorcycle had the green light and attempted to avoid the woman, who then moved back into its path.

The woman was immediately hospitalized with severe injuries, including a traumatic brain injury, brain contusion, pelvic fracture, and rib fractures. Sadly, despite medical intervention, she succumbed to her injuries.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident.
