Major arteries like Grazhdansky Prospekt are experiencing extreme delays, with congestion reaching a maximum of 10 points heading away from the city center. The intersection of Grazhdansky Prospekt, Nepokorennykh Avenue, and Kushelevskaya Road is at a standstill from all directions.
Significant traffic jams are also reported on Polyustrovsky Prospekt, Politekhnicheskaya and Kantemirovskaya Streets, Bolshoy Sampsonievsky Prospekt, and Engels Avenue. The city center, particularly near Vosstaniya Square, Nevsky Prospekt, Dvortsovy Proezd, and Sadovaya Street, is experiencing heavy congestion.
Roads on the Petrograd Side are heavily congested. Pirogovskaya and Vyborgskaya embankments are heavily congested north of the city, while Arsenalnaya and Sverdlovskaya are experiencing the same to the south.
The Murmansk highway is experiencing a large and dense traffic jam extending beyond the Ring Road (KAD). Traffic heading towards the region is congested from the interchange with the ring road to the road work area near Razmetelevo. Traffic heading towards St. Petersburg is also experiencing a 5.5-kilometer traffic jam before the repair area.
