Novosibirsk will see new construction projects in the Oktyabrsky and Sovetsky districts following the approval of integrated development of territories (IDT) plans by the city’s Department of Construction and Architecture.

In the Oktyabrsky district, a 24-story residential building is slated for construction at 77a Griboyedov Street. The project, undertaken by “SZ ‘Residential Complex ‘Svetlanovsky’,” will include two sections and underground parking.

As part of the agreement with the Mayor’s Office, the developer will allocate 44 million rubles to finance the renovation of School No. 97 located at 327 Kirov Street. The renovation aims to create additional educational spaces. The developer previously relocated three dilapidated houses at its own expense as a social contribution. The completion date for this IDT agreement is set for December 31, 2028.

In the Sovetsky district, plans are underway for a building up to four stories high on Ivanova Street. SZ “Harmony” is the developer for this project. The company previously purchased land for the construction of a kindergarten and transferred it to the municipality. The IDT agreement for this project is scheduled to be implemented by December 31, 2027.
