Unauthorized pit bike races are occurring on the construction site of the Eastern Bypass near Novolugovoye, prompting a response from Sibupravtodor. The races take place on a section of the interchange that has already been asphalted.

Sibupravtodor reports that individuals are entering the construction site without permission, despite security measures and warning signs. The extensive size of the site makes it difficult to prevent unauthorized access completely.

The Eastern Bypass is intended to connect the Northern Bypass of Novosibirsk with the Chuysky Trakt, serving as an alternative route. The initial phase of construction includes the creation of two cloverleaf interchanges.

Currently, construction efforts involve 54 workers and 23 pieces of equipment.
