Russian President Vladimir Putin has acknowledged the positive results of negotiations with Kyiv. The statement was made on August 1st, during a meeting with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.

Putin emphasized the importance and continued demand for negotiations, especially in the pursuit of peace.

The meeting between the two leaders is taking place in Valaam.
