A driver in Novosibirsk faces a fine after a video surfaced showing two girls riding on the hood of his Nissan. The incident occurred in the Pervomaysky district, sparking concern among authorities and the public.

The video, shared on the Telegram channel “My Pervomayka,” depicts the girls sitting on the hood of the moving car with what appears to be cans in their hands. Eyewitnesses reported that the vehicle was traveling at a significant speed from Eikhe Street in the direction of Baryshevo.

The State Traffic Inspectorate of Novosibirsk has been contacted for comment regarding the incident.

This is not an isolated case. A similar event was reported earlier this month on Geroev Revolyutsii Street, where a driver was also seen giving girls a ride on the hood of his car.

Vyacheslav Ashurkov, head of the Novosibirsk regional representative office of the Federation of Car Owners of Russia (FAR), explained the potential consequences for drivers who engage in such behavior. The driver could face penalties for violating traffic safety regulations.
