Rainfall will be less than usual in the Chernozem region, the Southern Federal District, and the North Caucasus. Conversely, the Kaliningrad and Leningrad regions are predicted to receive excess precipitation.

A precipitation deficit is expected in the southern half of European Russia, encompassing areas south of the Moscow region, including Tula, Ryazan, Kursk, Voronezh regions, the entire Southern Federal District, the entire North Caucasus, and the southern Volga region. This deficit also extends to Chukotka and the northeast of European Russia, specifically the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the north of the Arkhangelsk region, and Komi.
