Rostic’s has resolved the IT infrastructure issues that disrupted online ordering. The fast-food chain announced on its Telegram channel on Thursday, July 31, that customers can once again place orders through all online channels.
The issue, which prevented customers from ordering via the mobile app and self-service kiosks, was first reported the previous day. Rostic’s acknowledged the problem around 9 p.m., describing it as a “short-term failure in the IT infrastructure,” but noted that in-person ordering remained available.
By the following morning, the company confirmed that the malfunctions had been resolved. Rostic’s apologized for any inconvenience caused by the outage and welcomed customers back to its restaurants.
