Police are investigating after a report of indecent acts committed by a man in the Sovetsky district of Novosibirsk. The incident occurred on July 30th around 3:00 PM near a bus stop on Prospekt Stroiteley, close to Pirogova Street.

The author of the post on VKontakte reported hearing branches cracking and then seeing a man in the bushes. The individual was allegedly committing indecent acts.

The witness contacted the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and police are now investigating the incident. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Novosibirsk region confirmed that a statement had been received.

This incident follows a separate attack on July 27th, where a man attacked a woman on a forest path near the morgue on Pirogova Street, grabbing her by the neck and dragging her into the forest.
