Relative of Victim in Ordynskoye Highway Accident Plans to Take in Children

A relative of Viktor V., who died in a tragic accident on the Ordynskoye highway that claimed the lives of seven people, is planning to take in his children. The accident occurred on July 16th, leaving a family devastated and a community in mourning.

The victims included Viktor and his wife Nina, as well as Viktor’s cousin Konstantin, 31, and his father Eduard, who were visiting from Germany where they had resided for approximately 20 years. Konstantin’s friend, Dmitry, confirmed the details, noting that Konstantin was the youngest among the deceased relatives and was about to celebrate his 32nd birthday.

Eduard’s wife and daughter, who remain in Germany, are currently making arrangements to transport the bodies of Eduard and Konstantin back home for burial. Sergei from Karasuk, the brother of the deceased Viktor, is coordinating fundraising efforts to support the family.

Sergei intends to take responsibility for Nina and Viktor’s four children: three boys and a girl. Efforts are also underway in Germany to collect funds to assist with the transportation and burial expenses for Eduard and Konstantin.

The accident occurred at 1:40 PM on July 16th. A 39-year-old driver of a Suzuki SX4, traveling from Novosibirsk towards the working village of Krasnozerskoye on the K-17p highway, initiated an overtaking maneuver at the 291st kilometer. This resulted in a collision with an oncoming Toyota Sprinter, leading to the fatal consequences.
