St. Petersburg is offering benefits and quotas for participants in the special military operation and their family members to participate in regional and weekend fairs. This initiative is detailed in an order from the Committee on Industrial Policy, as published on the Smolny website.
A 30% discount on the cost of trade places is being granted to participants in the special military operation and their family members. This financial assistance aims to ease the burden of participation.
Furthermore, a quota of 20% is specifically reserved for veterans of the special operation and their family members. This ensures their representation at these fairs.
Alongside this, existing quotas for other groups remain in place. These include quotas for gardeners and horticulturists (10%), people with disabilities (10%), and small and medium-sized businesses (40%).
In the event that the quotas allocated to specific groups are not fully utilized, applications from general participants will be considered based on order of priority. This ensures that all available spaces are filled.
