Rostic’s digital services experienced disruptions on July 30th, impacting the restaurant’s app and self-service kiosks, preventing users from placing orders.
The malfunction, attributed to a failure in the IT infrastructure, began around 7:00 PM, according to Downdetector. Users reported being unable to access the app and website.
The most affected regions include Moscow (30%), St. Petersburg (21%), Sverdlovsk (12%), Bryansk (11%), and the Moscow region (9%).
Rostic’s confirmed the malfunctions in their digital services, citing a short-term failure in the IT infrastructure. The company stated that they are working to fix the issue as quickly as possible and appreciate customers’ understanding.
All Rostic’s restaurants remain open, and customers can still place orders directly at the establishments.
Previously, on July 29, Roskomnadzor reported a failure in the network of pharmacies “Stolichki,” “Neopharm,” and the clinic “Family Doctor,” although no DDoS attack was detected. Prior to that, on July 28, Aeroflot experienced a failure of its information systems, leading to flight delays and cancellations; however, the airline announced on July 30 that it had fully returned to its normal flight schedule after a cyberattack.
