Two St. Petersburg residents have been sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest for engaging in sexual intercourse on a park bench. The incident occurred on a hot evening, July 27th, and was captured on video.

According to court documents, Anton and Elmira had met only thirty minutes before the act. Anton offered Elmira, a stranger to him, cognac around 8:00 PM, and they subsequently engaged in intimacy on the bench.

A passerby walking a dog witnessed the event and contacted the police.

During the court hearing, Anton pleaded for understanding, stating that both he and Elmira were clothed. Elmira expressed shame and claimed to have no memory of the events.

The court found both individuals guilty of petty hooliganism under Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

This is the second similar case in St. Petersburg recently, with a prior incident occurring on the steps of a liquor store.
