A man was arrested and sentenced to five days of administrative arrest for petty hooliganism at the Pionerskaya metro station in St. Petersburg. The incident occurred on July 28th, at approximately 6:00 PM.

Vladislav Pavlyuchkov was taken into custody after he was witnessed shouting, swearing, and kicking the doors of the metro vestibule. According to the press service of the St. Petersburg courts, Pavlyuchkov ignored the remarks of passers-by and continued his disruptive behavior.

Pavlyuchkov pleaded guilty to the charges and explained that he was intoxicated at the time of the incident. The Primorsky District Court handed down the five-day administrative arrest sentence under Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, which covers petty hooliganism.
