The West Siberian Hydrometeorological Center forecasts variable cloudiness for Novosibirsk, with brief rain and thunderstorms expected in some areas during the first half of the night and the second half of the day. Winds are predicted to be 4-9 m/s at night, with gusts up to 14 m/s. During the day, winds will be 6-11 m/s, with gusts reaching up to 16 m/s in some locations. Daytime temperatures are expected to be +26 to +28 degrees Celsius, while nighttime temperatures will remain between +16 and +18 degrees Celsius.
