Office employees in Novosibirsk are invited to participate in the casting for the Miss Office – 2025 International Beauty Contest on June 7. This marks the 16th season of the competition.

To participate, interested individuals must complete a form on the competition website by June 6. Participation is free of charge at all stages.

The winner will receive 3,000,000 rubles, the title of “Miss Office – 2025,” and an advertising contract with three Russian brands. The casting tour spans from March to August, featuring 26 in-person castings across Russia and online castings for international participants.

Any woman aged 20 to 35 who works in an office or owns a business is eligible to apply. The project emphasizes not only beauty but also business acumen, quick wit, and the ability to represent oneself and one’s company effectively. The position held by applicants is not a factor.

The competition’s organizing committee reviews applications, and those who are successful are invited to the casting. Participants present themselves and their employer, and showcase creative performances. The jury then selects the semi-finalists. The casting concludes with an awards ceremony and gifts for all participants.

Based on casting results, 130 individuals will be selected and their profiles will be posted online for public voting. Ultimately, 30 finalists will be invited to Moscow for the final show, where the winner will be chosen by a jury. The final event will also include the awarding of honorary titles and prizes such as travel, gadgets, jewelry, clothing, cosmetics, and training certificates.

In 2024, the competition received over 30,000 applications, including representatives from major companies.
