In the first quarter of 2025, the average monthly nominal salary in the Novosibirsk region was recorded at nearly 80,000 rubles, according to Novosibirskstat. This places the region’s earnings slightly below the average for the entire Siberian Federal District.

While Novosibirsk residents earned an average of 79,819 rubles before taxes and mandatory payments between January and March 2025, this is more than the neighboring Tomsk (78,850 rubles) and Kemerovo regions (79,618 rubles).

Within the Siberian Federal District, the Krasnoyarsk Territory (97,647 rubles) and the Irkutsk region (87,913 rubles) continue to lead in terms of salary levels.

The Altai Territory (57,874 rubles), the Altai Republic (64,875 rubles), and the Omsk region (66,808 rubles) reported the lowest average salaries within the district.
