Thousands participated in the E1 SUP FEST in Yekaterinburg on July 5th, staging a mass swim across the city pond.

The event, which started near the Drama Theater, saw participants in vibrant carnival costumes paddling past iconic landmarks such as the Yeltsin Center, Makarovsky Bridge, DIVS, and Dynamo. The total distance covered by the swimmers was five kilometers.

Marina Malkova, editor-in-chief of E1.RU, expressed her belief that the E1 SUP FEST will evolve into a cherished tradition for Yekaterinburg. She anticipates an even greater turnout for next year’s festival.
