A devastating collision on the A-322 highway in the Altai Krai region resulted in multiple fatalities, including three children. The incident occurred on June 30th on the 187th kilometer of the highway, within the Shipunovo district.

Preliminary reports from the regional police indicate that the driver of a KIA Forte veered into the oncoming lane, leading to a head-on collision with a Honda Odyssey.

Tragically, the accident claimed the lives of six individuals: three adults and three minors. Additionally, four other people sustained injuries in the crash.

The regional prosecutor’s office has confirmed the fatalities, specifying that three of the victims were minors. Investigations are underway to determine the exact cause of the accident.
