VMRO-DPMNE has accused Vlado Filipche, former Minister of Health, of corruption and nepotism, demanding his immediate resignation. According to Valentin Manasievski, a member of the Central Committee of VMRO-DPMNE, Filipche engaged in a system of awarding lucrative tenders to individuals and companies closely connected to him during his tenure.
Manasievski stated that Filipche appointed Irina Panovska as the director of Hematology, who then allegedly awarded million-dollar tenders annually to the pharmaceutical wholesaler Dr. Panovski, owned by her father. He further claimed that Filipche channeled millions more to Dr. Panovski through other health institutions.
Manasievski asserted that this system of awarding tenders to close associates and through nepotism has severely damaged the healthcare system. He believes that the current issues and shortcomings within the healthcare sector are a direct result of Filipche’s tender schemes.
Given these allegations, Manasievski concluded that Vlado Filipche lacks credibility and should step down from his position immediately. He emphasized the detrimental impact of Filipche’s alleged actions on the overall state of healthcare.
