Two individuals face charges after being caught participating in illegal street races on the Kumanovo-Skopje highway. The incidents, which involved passenger vehicles and generated excessive noise, were reported to the Kumanovo Sector for Internal Affairs (SVR) on April 16th and 17th, 2025.

Responding to the reports, officers from the Traffic Safety Police Station at SVR Kumanovo took immediate action. A “BMW” driven by M.V., 20, from Dolneni near Prilep, and a “Volkswagen Polo” driven by B.R., 21, from Tetovo, were impounded due to suspicion of their involvement in the illegal races.

Authorities have stated that appropriate legal submissions will be filed against the individuals once the case is fully documented.
