White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt informed reporters that tariffs would be imposed as a reciprocal measure on Wednesday against nations that have treated the American people unfairly.

When questioned about potential exemptions for farmers, the spokeswoman stated that no such exceptions are in place currently.
