Union leaders, including Trendafilov, are allegedly receiving over one million denars annually in salaries and allowances, funds purportedly sourced from donations by low-income union members, according to VMRO-DPMNE.

The party alleges that these leaders are profiting from the struggles of workers.

Workers who are members of SSM are reportedly disillusioned with Trendafilov’s leadership, believing they have transformed SSM into a personal enterprise, exploiting its resources for personal gain, with Trendafilov and associates allegedly earning salaries significantly higher than the minimum wage while being detached from the hardships faced by ordinary citizens.

The party insists that the political maneuvering of Trendafilov and SSM must end.
