A traffic accident occurred on the Kichevo-Ohrid main road near the Preseka mountain pass yesterday at 3:30 PM. The collision involved a Kia passenger vehicle with Skopje license plates, driven by a 53-year-old French citizen, K.F.K.L., and a Skoda with Kumanovo license plates, driven by A.K., 42, from Kumanovo.

The driver of the Kia and a 19-year-old passenger, K.K.A.E., also from France, sustained serious injuries. The driver of the Skoda, along with two passengers S.K., 36, and two minors, all from Kumanovo, sustained injuries.

All injured parties were treated at the “St. Erasmus” hospital in Ohrid. An inspection of the accident site was conducted by a team from the Kichevo Police Department.
