The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy has announced three public calls for applications to access funds from the 2025 Program for Financial Support of Rural Development, aiming to modernize agricultural holdings and enhance their productivity and competitiveness. The deadline for submitting applications is July 11, 2025.

The three public calls are:

• Public Call No. 05/2025: Focuses on investments such as the procurement of ice-breaking machines, anti-freeze systems, protective nets and foils, drip irrigation equipment, construction of wells and surface water works, and equipment for electric fences in apiaries to protect against game.

• Public Call No. 06/2025: Pertains to the procurement of agricultural machinery attachments.

• Public Call No. 07/2025: Covers investments in equipment for small-scale food production of animal and/or non-animal origin, as well as equipment for small-scale production of wine, alcoholic beverages, and beer.

For all three public calls, the maximum value of support is 600,000.00 denars per user. The funds are awarded throughout the business plan implementation period and are disbursed annually. Eligibility to apply is granted to agricultural holdings registered in the Single Register of Agricultural Holdings at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy, in accordance with the Law on Agriculture and Rural Development.
