Three individuals from Kočani, S.A. (34), S.A. (23), and N.A. (24), face criminal charges related to the unauthorized production and distribution of narcotics, specifically heroin, while S.A. (34) faces an additional charge for the seizure of a motor vehicle.

On April 5, 2025, the External Office for Criminal Affairs Kočani filed a criminal complaint with the OJO-Kočani, citing Article 215 of the Criminal Code. The complaint alleges that during a search, inspectors discovered 14.9 grams of heroin in the possession of the reported individuals.

The Basic Court Kočani has ordered a 30-day detention for S.A. (34) and S.A. (23), who have been taken to Kumanovo Prison. N.A. (24) is currently unavailable to the prosecuting authorities, and a central warrant for his arrest will be issued.

In a separate incident, S.A. (34) is also facing charges under Article 242 of the Criminal Code for the seizure of a “BMW 318” on March 22, 2025. The vehicle was recovered on April 4, 2025, following operational-tactical measures by police officers from the SIA Štip, and has been returned to its owner. The NC for CA Kočani will submit a criminal complaint to the OJO Kočani regarding this incident.
