Skopje police are investigating the theft of two busts from the Butel City Cemetery.

According to reports filed with the Ministry of Interior, the incident occurred between February 1, 2025, and June 9, 2025. V.S.(73) and Lj.G.(66), both residents of Skopje, reported the thefts from two separate burial plots.

The busts, bearing the likenesses of the deceased, were removed using physical force and an appropriate tool. Authorities are currently taking measures to clarify the circumstances surrounding the crime.
