Road conditions consist of mostly wet surfaces on state roads.
A ban remains in place for heavy goods vehicles on the Tetovo – Popova Shapka road, and winter equipment like chains is required for other vehicles.
The Krushevo – v.Dolno Divjaci – v.Kochisha road is closed to all traffic due to safety concerns; use the v.Pusta Reka – Krushevo regional road instead.
Reconstruction work on the Negotino-Veles highway (Negotino interchange) will cause traffic to be reduced to one lane towards Veles for 15 days, starting April 9, 2025.
Traffic outside urban areas is currently moderate, and there are no delays at border crossings.
Motorists should drive carefully, adjusting their speed and heeding traffic signals, especially in areas prone to landslides like the Katlanovo – Veles, Mavrovo – Debar – Struga, Vinica – Berovo and Kochani – Delchevo sections.
