State roads are experiencing traffic on roads that are occasionally wet, according to AMSM.

A ban remains in effect for heavy goods vehicles on the Tetovo – Popova Shapka road, where winter equipment (chains) is required for all other vehicles.

Viaduct Trej Dooel – Gostivar announced on April 9, 2025, that reconstruction of expansion joints will take place on a section of the Negotino-Veles highway (Negotino interchange), causing traffic to be reduced to one lane in the direction from Negotino to Veles for 15 days.

Traffic flow on roads outside of cities is at a moderate level. There are no delays at border crossings on the Macedonian side.

AMSM advises drivers to adjust their speed, follow traffic signals, and drive carefully, especially on roads through valleys, river valleys, and gorges, where landslides are possible. This is particularly important on the Katlanovo – Veles, Mavrovo – Debar – Struga, Vinica – Berovo, and Kochani – Delchevo sections.
