The Ministry of Social Policy, Demography and Youth announced the commencement of payments for social, child, and civil protection benefits for April 2025, effective today.

Beneficiaries who have debit cards can access their funds starting today, May 5, 2025. The funds can be withdrawn from ATMs, used for purchases via card, or managed through electronic and mobile banking.

For those who do not use cards, payments will be distributed across two days, May 5th and 6th, based on alphabetical order by last name, in all open bank branches. This measure aims to prevent overcrowding at banks.

On May 5th, individuals with last names starting with the letters A, B, V, G, D, Ǵ, E, Ž, Z, Ẑ, I, J, K, L, and Lj will receive their payments.

On May 6th, payments will be made to those whose last names begin with M, N, Nj, O, P, R, S, T, Ć, U, F, H, C, Č, Dž, and Š.
