A 42-year-old man from Skopje, identified as B.D., was apprehended by Tetovo police for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Yesterday, at 2:10 PM on “Marshal Tito” Street, officers from the Police Station for Road Traffic Safety Tetovo stopped B.D. while he was driving a “Volkswagen Golf” with Skopje license plates.

A subsequent blood alcohol test revealed a level of 2.15 per mille.

Following a complete documentation of the incident, a report will be filed against B.D. in accordance with Article 297-a of the Criminal Code, which pertains to “reckless driving of a motor vehicle”.
