Police in Skopje are investigating two separate domestic violence incidents that occurred yesterday.

In the Gjorche Petrov area, officers apprehended B.L., a 28-year-old Skopje resident, following a report that he physically assaulted his 50-year-old mother at their family home around noon.

Earlier, in the Aerodrom municipality, a 24-year-old man reported to police that his father, I.T., 54, threatened him and his 26-year-old brother with a sharp object in the yard of their family home. The incident occurred shortly before midnight.
