A 51-year-old Skopje resident, B.Dž., was apprehended by police following an incident on “Lazar Lichenovski” street where his “Toyota” vehicle, bearing Bulgarian license plates, collided with a modified three-wheeled bicycle operated by R.U., age 37, also from Skopje.

The cyclist, R.U., sustained injuries and was transported to the “8 Septemvri” GOB for medical treatment.

Authorities have taken B.Dž. into custody and temporarily seized his vehicle. An official report will be filed against him pending the completion of the case documentation, according to the Ministry of Interior.
