Skopje Airport Expands Flight Network with New Routes and Airlines

Skopje International Airport is expanding its flight network with new routes and airlines, including a direct flight to Paris via EasyJet starting Wednesday. The expansion aims to enhance connectivity and provide passengers with more travel options.

The introduction of the EasyJet flight from Paris Orly Airport is significant due to the airport’s management by ADP Group, a member of TAV Airports, and the access it provides to numerous domestic and European flights. Additionally, Wizzair will introduce new lines to Barcelona and Lyon starting May 3.

TAV Macedonia emphasizes a commitment to improving airport infrastructure, optimizing operations, and providing a smooth passenger experience. They are working closely with airlines, aviation authorities, tourism authorities, and the Government to enhance the attractiveness of Skopje and Ohrid airports.

Ohrid Airport recently welcomed its first Turkish Airlines flight from Istanbul, offering increased travel opportunities for residents and Turkish citizens alike. Transavia also commenced flights from Amsterdam to Skopje, connecting the city to Schiphol Airport, a major aviation center in the Netherlands.

The summer flight schedule at Skopje International Airport includes 47 destinations operated by 16 airlines, while Ohrid Airport will offer seven regular flights with six airlines during the summer season and the summer flight schedule in 2025.
