VMRO-DPMNE claims Dimche Apasiev is the new Artan Grubi, pointing to bargain-priced business premises acquisitions.
VMRO-DPMNE highlights that Levica, Apasiev’s party, purchased a 409 square meter property in the city center for 295,000 euros with VAT, equating to 721 euros per square meter, while the City of Skopje valued the space at 1,150 euros per square meter. The tax paid by Levica for the purchase amounted to 739,285 denars.
The statement draws a parallel to a business facility acquired by the Grubi family for approximately 100,000 euros, or less than 650 euros per square meter, which was valued at 200,000 euros by the lending bank.
VMRO-DPMNE alleges Apasiev, like Grubi, seeks to acquire property “for free” and characterizes Levica as a “sparring partner” from the same “criminal face” as DUI-SDS.
